Bleeding after sex after Hsg test

I was having sex with my boyfriend and he finished inside me. When he pulled out, I noticed a small amount of blood, and then when I went to the bathroom afterward, I saw his semen coming out of me mixed with blood. This also happened a few days ago during sex, but it was much lighter that time.

I had an HSG test about a week and a half ago, and it was extremely painful for me. I know some bleeding or spotting can happen after that procedure, so I’m not sure if my cervix or uterus could still be irritated from it. Today is April 30th, and I’m not due for my period until Sunday, May 10th, so this is happening in the middle of my cycle. I also believe I ovulated about a week ago.

I’ve been trying to get pregnant for a few years now, so I’m really hoping that the HSG might have helped increase my chances. Part of me is wondering if this could be implantation bleeding, but I also know it might be too early for that given my timing. I’m trying to understand if the bleeding is from sex, from the HSG, from ovulation, or something else.
