My best friend got perma banned, is there a chance in time to lift the ban?

They said some very awful stuff, and the very next day they got perma banned.

But the email said that they got perma banned after exceeding a temporary ban escalation and continuing bannable offenses.

BUT this was the first time thety ever got banned and it was permanent.. Is there ANY way to lift the ban?? They never got banned in the first place and even with appealing it didn't work.. Is it possible to ask to lift the ban after time passes?

This game means a LOT to us.. If there is ANY way to lift the ban??
