Unable to Access BOYI TD31 Pro Software Download Page (403 Forbidden E

I recently purchased the BOYI TD31 Pro for my Windows PC and was very excited to fully enjoy and customize the product using its dedicated software. However, I have been unable to access the software download page due to a persistent “403 Forbidden” error.

To resolve the issue on my end, I have already tried the following:

• Disabled VPN
• Turned off security/antivirus software
• Attempted access using multiple browsers (Chrome and Edge)

Unfortunately, the same error continues to appear.

As I am currently unable to access the official download site despite multiple troubleshooting attempts, I would greatly appreciate it if you could kindly provide me with:

1. A direct download link to the BOYI TD31 Pro software, or
2. The software installation file via email if possible.

I am very eager to begin using the keyboard to its full potential, so if anyone can give me a prompt assistance, it would mean a great deal to me!
