Please any advice would be great

Hi.. I don't know if this is the right place to put this and feel free to delete it not..

I'm 18. I recently have been having really bad stomach pains along with nausea and sickness... I have vaginal pain around the opening and I don't know what's wrong. I have had intercourse recently and I have light spotting which I would attach a photo but I'm not sure if I'm allowed or if that's acceptable. Any advice would help greatly.
