My Honeywell aur purifier stopped working

It's Honeywell Air touch V1. I purchased it two days ago from Amazon.

It was working perfectly then it fell down from a stool and suddenly the fan is not working. The on/off buttons and fan speed buttons are still working.

I need advice, should I take it to a local shop or contact Honeywell customer support??? Or should I contact Amazon??

Please help 🙏
