What to do with tubers that have been exposed to gall

I’ve been trying to pre sprout a handful of tubers all together in a pan of soil, and it turns out at least one of them has gall. In others’ experience, how likely is it that it spread to the other tubers, and what is recommended for the ones that currently don’t have any evidence of gall? Planting pots and keep an eye on them? Toss em?
