What do Viet immigrants (esp. due to the Fall of Saigon) think about current commie Vietnam & North Vietnam as a whole?

Also the opposite: what do current Viet citizens living under the communist party think about the west-backed South Vietnam and the immigrants overseas who still fly the South Vietnam flag?

Any Viet citizens or immigrants or people who know about this issue more care to enlighten me?

Seriously nothing stupid with my question I'm just genuinely curious.
