Wilde Stages - Dublin's Queer Theatre Festival
Hi friends! I am a U.S. performer traveling to Dublin to perform my sapphic one-woman show, Yesterday is Dead, with Wilde Stages - Dublin's Queer Theatre Festival!
This show is a comedic one-woman show that examines the universal question: Why are lesbians so sad? Ellen, our eager protagonist, dives into the story of Joel, a romantic and curious college student in the 1920s who discovers her love of literature, pants, and other women.
Through the themes of loneliness, grief, and hope, Ellen and Joel’s intermingled lives become a comical escape to discovery, leaving audiences questioning what really has changed in over a hundred years for lesbians.
If this sounds interesting to you, then I hope to see you May 11th-16th at the OutHouse LGBTQ+ Center! Below is a ticket link to the performances. Thank you and Uplift Lesbian Stories!
