Numbness after tailbone fracture

Three weeks ago I fell down my stairs and fractured the middle part of my tailbone. Recovery has been going but every time I sit, mainly on my knees or cross legged, I get either mild or intense numbness and tingling. I immediately stand up when it happens and it goes away within a couple of minutes, usually no longer than 2 minutes. Today the numbness in the legs didn’t show up much but my feet felt pressure and a little bit cold when I was sitting cross legged.

And today, I’ve gotten a numbing/heaviness feeling in my entire arm, from finger tips to my shoulders. That feeling hasn’t gone at all.

I want to go to the er, but I still have pains in my tailbone when sitting even with a donut cushion. And in the past I’ve been told it’s nothing and to just take Tylenol, so I don’t want to waste hours in the er waiting room for nothing.
