I’ve improved the last one and here is the new actually good one 

Jutsu 1: white rage blast

The user has a white snake thing burst out there stomach and fly towards a target and deals low mid damage but when you first activate it a white flash happens and all enemies in range screen turn white and they can’t hear and have a defensive and movement de buff for a short time also slightly speeds up ult gauge charge speed 

Jutsu 2: snake land, body advancement 

The user activities this jutsu and gets a speed and attack tracking buff the jutsu last 15 seconds and within a area around you a snake tail will randomly pop up out a surface and hit them knocking them back when the snake tails hit someone the ult gauge will be filled slightly 

Ult: perfect snake sage full mutation power 

The user turns into kabuto snake sage mode with the snake features on activation all allies in range get de buffs removed and healed 20% the user will get a speed buff and receive a moderate speed healing over time effect the users attacks will change light attacks will use snakes as whips and inflict a slight poison and the heavy attack a snack will lunch from your stomach and knock enemies back disabling there ninjutsu and ults for 5 seconds and there sub cooldown will be slightly increased your jutsu will have a cool down reduction and your substitution will be turned into water clone sub but your sub will be drastically decreased 

Each kill you get will gain you 20% ult charge after your ult ends up to 70% and also anything considered a genjutsu will not work while in this state except izanam

I made nods to his other abilities and things like the *Suigetsu water body ability with the water clone and made it represent his fast and agile snake like nature and the ult charge after effect and the reasoning for the ult charge held for both jutsu is because this will be a very long jutsu to get normally being almost little longer charge time on base then izanami and even with 80% charge it would still take a second to get the ult again*
