Any fix or exploit for lost task tokens?

I encountered the bug mentioned at the bottom of this Wiki page where blueprints reappeared in the Mysterious Stranger's shop and I didn't realize, then purchased them, causing me to not have enough task tokens to purchase all the wards.

Is there a way to fix this, or an exploit to glitch more task tokens into my count? Steam on PC.
