There's no need to glorify veganism or vegetarians

I'm a vegetarian myself not because I wanted to but my family forced it on me

If someone asks me about diet i will recommend non veg any day for better health

India is a protien deficient country our average height is lower than European and western countries

Maybe my height could've also been higher but alas

Vegan and vegetarians are always like we do it for animals don't drink milk and all just stfu bro

It's part of food chain we humans are the apex predators on this earth

If your family tries to force you please fight back unlike me
