Viltrumite stache male vs female

So I noticed Male vilturmites have a mustache, that they keep clean. But there's like a question that has been bugging me a lot. If male viltrumites mustache is very important to them? What's the equivalent to a female viltrumite, their bush? This is a genuine question by the way... and like I'm genuinely curious about it.
