Housemate living with a dog

My partner and I recently got hired at Spanish Peaks in MT and we just got our housing assignment and we will be sharing a townhouse with two other people. The past jobs we had we had always lucked out in getting a private unit to ourselves so I don’t know what would be the proper etiquette on the dog situation. She is a small Shiba Inu, friendly enough with people and act more cat-like than a dog but follows you everywhere and is used to basically having access to our entire living space. I may be overthinking but I’m just worried, like housing management will make sure whoever we house with don’t absolutely hate dogs right. And idk I’m also worried that we’ll be housed with someone who’s never had pets and is going to accidentally leave the door open? Are there anyone who has lived with housemates with dogs or been in a similar situation that can share some insight?
