Fistula Surgery advice

So Monday morning I'm going in for fistula placement surgery and I am beyond nervous for it. Any advice on how to prepare or what recovery might be like would be greatly appreciated to help calm my nerves. Is there anything I should try to prepare beforehand or anything like that.
