Highschool transfer for sports

I’m a wrestler junior year rn and I placed 4th in the state championship this year I’m the first to even go to states for my school. I play football as well we’re mid 6-4 record. I’m thinking of transferring to a better school with culture, coaches, and friends that ik will push me and support me.
It’s a big decision idk what to do should I just continue going to club wrestling and get better there or transfer to a better wrestling school. Downside is ill be leaving my buddies and my coaches who supported me but ultimately they don’t have a good program or system and don’t know a lot about wrestling in general I truly believe if I had better coaching I could’ve won it all this year ( I beat multiple state runner ups during the early regular season)
Has anyone transferred or done something similar and regretted it or was it great
