Does anyone have any experience with the referrals tab?

Specifically I'm asking if it shows when one of your referrals has been rejected. Someone I gave my referral link to shows up on the table as "in review," but I'm wondering, if they get rejected, will that be displayed on my end? Or will they be perpetually in review forever? Any insight is appreciated, TIA
