Steelseries nova 5x on PC

Im having so much trouble EQ'ing my nova 5x i used a lot of presets and tried them but none can satisfy me, bullets are too sharp and hurt my ears and cant realy hear footstep if i put the volume a little bit down.i switched from hyperx cloud III s and i really regret it.this feels like such a downgrade on every possible way. Help EQ please i mosly play cs2/music/dota while on discord
