Advice on a 2013 Ford Ranger Px1 Manual

Been looking at D22 Navaras, some 2014 Amaroks and came across a 2013 Ford Ranger PX1 with a rebuilt engine, new gearbox and clutch along with a few others things with receipts for all. Description below:

New engine and gearbox have been done with receipts less then 100,000 kms ago

Been listed for $12.5k firm. Would this be a good deal? Anything to look out for? Will have my mechanic look at it too.

He inspected a navara I was pretty interested in but advised engines are generally not good and had lots of wear & tear so have started looking elsewhere.

Budget is around 15k +/- 2k.
