Stetmann EW 30 or Williams EW 30 in tank squad with Lucius in the lineup?

I was using Adam+Scarlet in my tank team and I heard a lot that Lucius in tank team is better but who should I put Williams or Stetmann both have EW lvl 0 ... I have the resource to push one of them. Is anyone using this formation what are yout thoughts?
