MRI guided biopsy, anxious

I’m 31, found a lump back in 2019 in my left breast. I had an ultrasound guided biopsy that diagnosed it as fibroadenoma (benign). I’ve had annual ultrasounds since just to keep an eye on it. Last summer I thought I felt a new lump in the same breast. Since I was over 30 my OBGYN wanted to do a mammogram (first time). Mammogram found nothing concerning but identified my breast tissue as dense (category C) and my lifetime risk as 21.65%. Only family history of breast cancer is my paternal grandmother who passed from it before I was born. The mammogram results also recommended annual breast MRI and a follow up in 6 months. I had to ask my OBGYN for the breast MRI referral. I just had that MRI today and got the results back:

FINDINGS:
Amount of fibroglandular tissue: C: Heterogenous fibroglandular tissue.
Background parenchymal enhancement: There is moderate background enhancement.
Extramammary findings: None.

Right breast:
There is no suspicious mass or area of abnormal enhancement in the right breast discrete from background parenchymal
enhancement.
There is no abnormality of the right axilla.
There is no abnormality of the right chest wall.
There is no abnormality of the right nipple areolar complex.

Left breast:
A 3.2 x 2.1 x 2.6 cm (AP x CC x TRV) regional nonmass enhancement in the left outer breast posterior depth with architectural distortion and mixed plateau kinetics.
A 1.2 x 0.9 x 1.1 cm T2 hyperintense heterogeneous enhancing mass in the left upper outer breast middle to posterior depth with associated marker, correlates to the stable sonographic finding compared to 3/14/2023, is concordant with benign pathology.
There is no abnormality of the left axilla.
There is no abnormality of the left chest wall.
There is no abnormality of the left nipple areolar complex.

  1. Indeterminate regional nonmass enhancement in the left outer breast posterior depth with architectural distortion.
Recommend MRI guided biopsy for definitive evaluation.
  2. No suspicious MRI abnormality identified in the right breast.

BIRADS Category 4: Suspicious.

My initial feelings are tending towards anxiety. Can anyone share any similar experiences? What should I expect with the MRI guided biopsy? Should I ask my OBGYN doctor to refer me to a breast care center?
