25F - I want make friends with more confident and assertive people. Ignore the fact that I'm the opposite, lol.

Hey!

Weird title, I know. But I've noticed that I tend to get on best with people who are confident within themselves, and are generally assertive and know what they want and how to get it. There's a certain kinda aura they give off, and it really draws me in. Like, nearly there's a sense of magnetism I feel to that kind of energy.

Maybe it's an opposites attract sort of thing? Like, I've never really been that confident of a person; often battling low self-esteem and often not too sure of myself. Maybe it's a yin-and-yang thing, or maybe I'm just drawn to that kinda energy in the hope that some of it will rub off on me?

Lol. I don't even know.

I'm already questioning whether this is too weird and rambly to post, but whatever; let's see how we go.
