Someone is definitely getting arrested in Game Changer S8, right?

Please delete this if this is not the right place to post speculation or if everyone already connected these dots and I’m late to this party.

But didn’t [Sam say](https://www.polygon.com/q-and-a/553902/game-changer-season-7-premiere-one-year-later-paraloubis-voice-mail-musical/) in the promo for S7 that he didn’t know where to go from there without getting arrested?

And then they did that collab with The Rookie?

I don’t have any more meaningful speculation. I am just looking forward to Sam getting arrested. Probably by Nathan Fillion. I wonder if the episode will be about busting him out or putting him on trial.
