Who actually is OP? Top 3

I have seen some wild takes in the past few days. I want to gauge who the community actually thinks is broken as fuck and not just “I don’t like to play against this character. They need to be fixed.”

For example… somebody claimed Kelvin is OP and I’m at a loss on that one.

My top 3 that need a fix are Infernus, Mina, and Moaning Krill. Reason being: infernus and Mina are in 99% of my games and never dont stomp the lobby and The Moaning Krill has never done bad unless I play it (I’m bad).

So, objectively, what 3 do you think need a fix? Be objective now. I love dynamo because I can play him… which is an issue for the game cuz I suck… but I know that means he needs a fix.
