APWU Self + family

I’m currently on the APWU consumer plan Self + family. I had twins born April 7th. I’ve submitted QLF documents on the OPM website, and it says the kids are approved….but united healthcare hasn’t heard anything.

Am I missing something? Since I’m on the family plan, won’t they just automatically be rolled into it?
I know this does take some time, but we’re supposed to have a procedure done tomorrow and the clinic keeps asking for their insurance.
