Is it just me or do rapids feel weaker all the sudden?

This isn't meant to ragebait or anything and I'm definitely not saying rapids are weak. But I'm a pretty consistent rapid player and I've honestly felt like every time I play a rapid character, in like the last week or so, I just die . . . Like, I'm not misplaying badly or even taking bad fights. I truly just feel like something changed in the past week. It feels incredibly difficult to get away, my damage just seems lacking no matter what I do and I swear I don't get invincibility frames half as often as I used to. I just don't get it . . .
