Movie about young posh kids plotting to grow up and become wealthy/powerful

I remember watching this movie years ago (2010-2015) and for the LIFE of me can’t remember the name or anything but one single scene.

From what I remember, it follows the life of a few young boys (English or Brits I believe) growing up. They were all best friends and I believe went off to college together (maybe some went to war). Basically they have this whole plan to be rich, wealthy and extremely powerful so they start to devise a plan on how to do it.

AT ONE POINT - they are sitting in a library discussing and plotting this all out (probably in their late teens early twenties).

WHAT IS THIS MOVIE it is KILLING me.
