San Roque, Marikina to BGC High Street

I don't mind maraming stops/transfers naman as long as makakasakay early morning (4am to 4:30 am at best). I'm familiar na with the LRT to MRT to Ayala BGC Bus route (which is LOOOONG pero will do it if no choice) pero I'm looking for other options.
