Need Help! Game Screen tearing problem Nvidia Steam Red Dead Redemption 2

I'm new to arch and using KDE plasma desktop environment.

My laptop specs are:

Nvidia Geforce RTX 2050

Intel 11th Gen i5

Installed nvidia proprietary driver and game is running on nvidia.

Running on proton experimental.

No launch commands added.

The Game performs only 20FPS inside while playing game and the screen tearing happens when playing the game for 5 mins.
