I wanna know how likely do Pop Up Parades that already exist get re-released. Also, what factors determine a figure being released. Is it popularity? amount of sales it got when it released? community polls?

Because I missed out on the Perfect Blue Mima Pop Up Parade and the aftermarket for her right now is so much crazier than her retail price. I was wondering if there are any chances that she will be re-released soon?
