1st time cruiser, couple of questions

Hi all! Will be going to the princess cruise to alaska in a couple of days, have some last minute questions for a couple of things.

Wifi - if I buy wifi for myself for a day, can i use my device as hotspot to let my family use it?

Esim- what's the best esim/ what esims do you recommend?

Dress code- for dinners and meals, how dressy is it, does it have to be uptight formal, or is business casual okay?
