CWL first time

It's my first time attending clash war league. I am rushed th11 and just became th11 a few hours ago. I am looking for tips from experienced players out there for cwl and also war since i only attended 1 war in my whole gameplay. Really appreciate your time. Also, someone please give me an attack strategy for raids.
