Not everyone who is older than you is a boomer. Also what was actually caused by millenials vs Gen X/Z?

This is something that's bugging the crap out of me, so I want to clarify something that shouldn't need to be said.

Silent Generation: 1928-1945 (ages 81-98)

Baby Boomers: 1946-1964 (ages 62-80)

Gen X: 1965-1980 (ages 46-61)

A 50 year old Karen and a 90 year old grandma are not boomers. The other two generations deserve as much defense/blame as boomers do, so let's stop acting like any person older than you is a boomer.

Also, simultaneously, what the heck are these articles about trends in the workplace or things adults are doing now? I swear I've been seeing articles on Millenials for 25 years. I'm a 30 year old millenial. The generation is only 15 years long. I'm being hyperbolic, obviously, but I feel like articles don't have a good grasp of who's actually Gen X vs Millenial vs Gen Z.
