cannot give sinner's stratagem scrolls to Lady Deora?

Just read the description of these scrolls since I maxed out the number I can carry and it says you can give these to Lady Deora? I've clicked all of her dialogue options, but none let me give her the scrolls? Is there something I am supposed to do to be able to give them to her? or is this a bug?
