Spa committed insurance fraud

So i went to a spa for rmt massage they charged me all good. After a week I got another charge for some couple massage which I am unaware of. When I called them they said someone with same first last name and dob came and I did mistake of not asking policy number so billed on ur account. They cancelled the claim. I anyways informed my insurance provider and a legal police complaint suspecting a fraud. What are ur thoughts..
