toe pain

hey guys! i have a performance tomorrow and the next day and we just finished our dress rehearsal. however, my big toenails hurt when i go en pointe. this tends to happen when i dance too much en pointe in a short time. i have hops en pointe so i need to not be in pain. does anyone have any tips for this particular pain? i thought about epsom salt but im worried that will soften my feet to much. thanks!

update: i got some lidocaine and put a bandaid over my toes. im pretty hopeful this will help!
