Advice on Apartments: Mio, Duo, The Lex, Enclave, Bell Almaden and Avalon on the Alameda

Hi, I'm currently looking for apartments in the Bay Area and would greatly appreciate your suggestions who are familiar with the area!

The following ones are at the top of my list:
- Duo
- The Lex
- Mio
- Enclave
- Bell Almaden
- Avalon on the Alameda

I'll probably have a car. I prefer quiet neighborhoods and of course I value safety (though I know it's the Bay Area haha). If you’ve lived in or toured any of these, I’d love to hear major red (green) flags, noise levels, safety, management and anything you wish you knew before signing.
