Random thought - do people feel less genuine lately or am I just overthinking it lol

Idk if it's just me, but lately a lot of interactions feel kinda surface-level or forced like people are there but not really there if that makes sense.

Maybe it's social media, maybe everyone's just tired but it feels harder to find real genuine connections now.

Curious if anyone else feels way or if I'm just in my head lol
