Recurrence

I had my lesion widely excised. It extended from somewhere in my groin on the right side to some point on my right buttock its around a 10 cm x 10 cm wound. I've had HS for 10 years and had made my peace with dealing with it after nothing helped. It became too much to handle lately so I took the decision to do the surgery about a month ago and healing has been very good and I started to have hope that things might finally become normal. I also have a lesion underneath my left arm pit but it has been inactive for the past 2 months so I thought things will finally be well since I am on Biologics and antibiotics too. Yesterday I got some sort of an abscess or something underneath the skin on my left buttock this time and also higher up. Given the fact that I've dealt with this disease for years, I know how this is probably gonna go it will be painful and unbearable for a couple of days then it will finally drain but it will never heal and I'll be left with a new draining opening in my skin once again. I honestly feel disappointed and I have no clue if there's anything that could get me out of this loop.
