Warm Weather Clothing Help

It’s starting to get warm where I live. I work in the school setting, but casual is fine. I want to look cute, not frumpy, but be comfy. I work with elementary kids. I’m looking for basics (tees, cropped pants, etc.) — especially graphic tees that aren’t weird and just not in style. I wear a 26/28/30 depending on the brand. 4x usually. I have a hard time with shirts because I like a loose fit, but if it’s too loose then it looks bleh. I also like a longer length but not too long. Any suggestions. Please don’t tell me torrid. Or old navy. Been there. Thanks!
