Who is the most fashionable people you know IRL and what do you like about their fashion?

I always appreciate how some people are so well put together - they don't need to follow trends but know exactly how to dress well to enhance their body and features. It could be a boss you admire, someone from college a family member or a close friend. No doxxing but genuinely wondering how regular people are fashionable and what is their x factor.
