Do Zojurishi's get dirty easily?

On my current rice cooker, no matter how well I cook the rice and maintain the rice cooker through regular cleaning, a brown crusty substance forms on the inside plastic of the cooker itself. I was wondering if Zojurishi rice cookers (specifically the NS-ZCC18) have a similar issue.
