Random urinary discharge from penis while pooping?

Hey so I was pooping yesterday for the first time in 2 days and I had to apply a bit of pressure to get the poop out. While I did that I got these uncontrollable short bursts of urine that lasted about 5 minutes. After all that I got this stinging joint and I looked down a there’s this gooey yellow substance on the tip of my penis.
