What websites/companies can I send my clothing design to? I just want a pair of pajama pants that I designed.

I have a few mockups, a 3D design, and a small tech-pack that I made (not sure if I need it lol). I can't find a website that gives you an option to upload your design idea, and maybe someone could design it, and if they do, there's usually a minimum quantity required. Any ideas? I can send my design if needed.
