Hypothetical. Just curious, maybe a stupid question.

In my lease it says no vaping. Scenario: I have my blinds open and through my window my landlord sees me vaping, could they kick me out? Like if this went down legally, it's just he said-she said. Plus, if they were to take a picture/video then that might not be legal... How would this play out?
