Emergency ruptured ectopic. When can I baby wear again?

I had a ruptured ectopic surgery 17 days ago. I did not know I was pregnant as I thought what I know realize was pregnancy symptoms were just hormonal stuff from stopping breastfeeding my daughter… Toughed it out for way too long before going into the ER… I lost 3 liters of blood and needed a transfusion during surgery but I am finally not feeling light headed anymore. I have been picking up my daughter (22lbs) since my post op appointment last week although my body is not happy with me some nights and I have learned I shouldn’t carry her around… I am wondering when people were able to put bigger babies in carriers again so I can get things done. I went back to work this week (I work full time) and my daughter is a 1 year old tornado (in the best way) and it’d be nice to be able to strap her on to me and get things done at home but I know I’m not ready yet. Just been physically and emotionally struggling and I feel like being able to DO more and keep busy would be so nice…
