Can I take my medical cannabis and mighty+ dry herb vaporiser on the Plane from Perth to Sydney?

I have a weed prescription for both sativa and indica and use them with the dry herb vaporiser. Am I allowed to bring this to the airport and take these with me to Sydney from Perth? Where can I find laws about this because I dont want to be denied at airport and have to throw it in the bin cause this device and product is expensive
