Psychosomatic Nausea

does anyone else get severe nausea when just going to take their shot? i will feel completely fine / the effects of the medication have worn off for the week, but when i go to take my shot the mere thought of doing it makes me want to throw up, and don’t even get me started on the smell of alcohol wipes… it makes me avoid taking it for a day or two at a time because i know i will feel so sick 😭
