Anyone rent Lyndonville?

I am currently a renter for a Lyndonville/Arnav Industries property. They have ignored a leakage that has made my apartment unlivable for the past three months. Has anyone else experienced something similar from these owners and what can I do short of suing them? (Legal fees could end up being higher than what I am owned in restitution)
