Pls help out a girlie here! I am desperate!

Hi, guys. Paano nyo napaputi yung lower butt and singit nyo? Its summer and I can't wear my bikini cause of this issue. Is there a treatment here, like sa mga aesthetic or derma clinics? I never tried the yung niacinamide or glycolic acid yet but yung baby oil and sunflower oo na and didn't help.
